Join us for a free yoga class -- all from the comfort of a chair! No mats needed. This 90 minutes session will focus on achieving wellness and joy through yoga stretches and meditation. You will:
- Learn to center with Yogic breath (Pranayama).
- Warm up with joint opening stretches.
- Practice some postures (Asanas) to help connect your breath with your body and mind.
- Practice some relaxation and meditation techniques.
All ages (above 16) and fitness level welcome!
